Brandon Blake serves as the on-site Director of Capital Markets at SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors in Pittsburgh, PA. Brandon’s 18+ years of lending experience in both residential and commercial investment property affords him the ability to review and underwrite all loan and asset types. His knowledge of full documentation, limited doc, no doc, hard money and equity partnerships allows him to structure debt and equity needs for borrower’s across all credit classes. Brandon’s expertise is available for borrower’s in all markets across national and regional footprints with loan sizes between $1MM – $150MM.

Juan Maldonado

Director of Capital Markets

Juan Maldonado serves as Director of Capital Markets at SVN | TRCA. Prior to joining SVN, Juan was a junior partner and served as Vice President of Acquisitions for JoCo Partners (now Shir Capital) in Austin, TX. There he increased multifamily portfolio unit count by 300%, acquiring over $70 million representing over 1,300 units and was responsible for overseeing every aspect of all acquisitions from start to finish. This includes sourcing deals off market as well as listed assets, underwriting / market analysis, debt/equity placements, and due diligence. He led and oversaw the asset management, ensuring that properties business plan was being achieved and tracked overall portfolio performance, closed 500+ units negotiated directly with seller and over 800 units sourced from relationships nurtured through brokers (1300 units total), and secured over $80 million in acquisition and refinance debt. He also assisted in raising over $19 million in equity placements, ranging from friends and family, high network individuals and small private equity groups, and oversaw investor relation communication, quarterly reports and investor distributions.

Emilio Caamano​

Associate Director of Capital Markets

Emilio Caamano is a speaker, technology strategist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of technical experience. Driven by curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems, Emilio has led technological innovation at enterprise and startup levels. After serving corporations like Microsoft and Cisco for over 12 years and starting successful companies in Mexico and the US, he brings a unique perspective to any team. He is currently an active mentor/advisor in the Austin community.

Besides his technology background, Emilio has invested in Real Estate Syndications and REI crowdfunding platforms since 2017. Emilio has also helped fine-tune SFR, MF, and STR underwriting tools. And lately helping Family Offices with business acquisitions, advising on the technology stack and digitization implementations. As part of SVN Capital Teams, he will be helping to connect our customers looking for debt products with suitable lenders.
