THE STORY OF SVN THREE RIVERS COMMERCIAL ADVISORS

By Alexandra Seibert

On the fifth floor of 309 Smithfield you will find the SVN Three Rivers office. From the outside you will see employees coming and going, working on their latest project. Internally, from time-to-time you will find the office regrouping in the conference room that displays a colorful mural, personally designed and painted by our own, Kayla Semroc. Quite often, you will hear the SVN TRCA advisors celebrating their accomplishments, or specific people talking at full volume for the fun of it. But no matter how you look at our office, you will see and feel the pride, motivation, and passion that fills the SVN TRCA office everyday.

This did not happen overnight, though. Pittsburgh area locals, Jason Campagna and Keane George collaborated together to open the SVN Pittsburgh office as Managing Directors. Combining their knowledge of commercial real estate and their local expertise, the SVN Three Rivers Commercial Advisors found its home in 2015.

Marketing, analytics, and maintaining state of the art technology are what pushed the SVN Three Rivers office to the top almost immediately. Results also came from the intangibles, hard work, client satisfaction, and investing as much as we could as an office to get to where we wanted to be.

During SVN TRCA’s first full year the office finished 25th out of 200 SVN offices nationwide and is on track to exceed its 2018 advisor and production growth goals. Learning and growing as they went, Jason and Keane found success by refining their screening process to be more selective. While this can bring positive results, it is one of the most difficult parts of owning a company due to time constraints.

For every 50 people they interview they only hire one advisor. Why do they do this? It’s simple: they want the most driven, focused, and goal oriented in the business to represent SVN. Bringing in only the best of the best applicants creates a culture of success, which is one of the best parts of SVN Three Rivers.

“Winning is addictive and we have a work environment of very hardworking and ethical people,” explains Campagna, “…the ping pong table is good to have as well.”

Although the SVN brand and office is fairly new to the Pittsburgh scene, the company brings a lot of value, knowledge, and work ethic to the market. Our objective is to deliver only quality service and products, essentially raising the bar in commercial real estate.

Whether you know an advisor personally, or have never heard of SVN, we hope that you can get a glimpse of our world through this blog.
